Most orders are shipped from our Sydney warehouse. On occasion, an order may be sent from one of our store locations.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. The items in your order may be dispatched from a Lee Mathews store, which will require additional processing time.
During sale and promotion periods, there may be an additional processing time of up to 3-4 business days. Please contact our online customer care team if you have any questions about your order, and we will be more than happy to provide an update.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to your nominated email address. You can also log in to your LM account to check the status of your order.

For international orders, we offer free express shipping for orders over $500. For orders under $500, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $40 USD.

Request your return here, follow the steps, and a return label will automatically be generated for you. Stick the label to the parcel with your returned items and the order invoice included, and return to an Australia Post branch or post box.

Yes, absolutely. Please select the sold-out size you wish to purchase, and sign up with your email address to be notified if a return is made, or if we restock this style. You will be notified by email as soon as it is available again.
All Lee Mathews garments come with appropriate care instructions; please strictly adhere to these in order to keep your garment in premium condition. We also recommend removing all jewellery prior to putting on or taking off your garments to avoid damaging them.
